The successful candidate will run weekly support groups to assist employees deal with the competing demands and challenges of work and parenting. Separate support groups will focus on the specific developmental, psychological and social needs of children at different ages (possibly separate groups for the parents of newborns, toddlers, pre-school, early elementary and late elementary ages).
